Mass Effect Andromeda
- Built and drove a strong multi-discipline world building team that was able to create 6 beautiful and fun open world planets within strict time, design, and staffing constraints.
- Studio POC for the retail sales team, including delivering the vision of the game to Target, Walmart, and Best Buy giving our retail sales associates more leverage when procuring sales. The first time this was done within the Studio and has now been adopted across all projects.
- Worked closely with UXR (external play testing) and QA management to drive quality and find the fun in the open world levels.
- Implemented shipped in-game content on multiple levels.
- Built a strong team culture across 3 different studios in 3 separate time zones.
